Who we are
Gridora is a photo layout app for social posts, operated as Gridora (the app’s trade name). For privacy and support, use Contact.
No account for regular users
You do not need an account. Your photos, projects, and saved templates stay on your iPhone. We do not upload them to our servers. Deleting the app deletes them from that device. Exports are saved to Photos only when you tap Save, using the add-only permission you grant.
Templates and server
The template gallery and news download from Gridora’s infrastructure (Supabase) and are kept on device for speed and offline use. When you use a template, we add one to that template’s public, anonymous use count. The count is not linked to you or your device. Your photos are never sent to Supabase.

Ads (Google AdMob)
Gridora is free and supported by Google AdMob ads. Ads never use your photos. Personalization happens only if you allow tracking (ATT on iOS). If you decline, you still see ads, just not personalized ones. Change this anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
We use Google’s UMP messaging: a GDPR message in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, and an IDFA explainer before Apple’s ATT prompt on iOS.
Maximum ad content rating is set to G (General audiences), aligned with App Store 4+.
When ads run (and if ATT is allowed), AdMob may process device identifiers, advertising data, coarse location (IP-based), and SDK diagnostics. Gridora does not use those signals to identify you in our own systems.

Remove Ads (yearly subscription or lifetime purchase via the App Store) turns ads off. Gridora never sees payment details; Apple processes them. Apple Privacy Policy.
Screenshots and screen recordings
To protect the work of artists behind Gridora’s designs, screenshots and screen recordings show a black screen. To keep what you make, use Save or Share in the editor.
Creator accounts
A small number of invited creators sign in (email and password via Supabase) only to publish templates and posts. Regular users never sign in.
Bug reports
If you choose Report a Bug, your mail app opens with technical details (app version, device, iOS, and similar). Nothing is sent unless you send that email yourself.
Children
Gridora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Ads are limited to G rating.

Pexels is not active in current builds; if enabled, stock searches go to Pexels under its policy.
